Cartier Production Planning Specialist

- Translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans for Cartier Horlogerie and its partners.
- Optimize resource utilization across the supply chain, including inventory and capacity management.
- Oversee the production plan from the launch of a new watch model to the cessation of its supply.
- Manage the watch and semi-finished goods planning cycle, conducting internal and external load/capacity analysis.
- Coordinate action plans with various departments such as Distribution, Production, and Procurement.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibilities.
- Manage information systems, including certification of new references and integrity control monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of confirmed experience, ideally in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Methodical and structured approach to tasks.
- Comfortable working in an open space environment.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the watchmaking sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
