1. Translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans for Cartier Horlogerie and its partners.
2. Optimize resource utilization across the supply chain, including inventory and capacity management.
3. Oversee the production plan from the launch of a new watch model to the cessation of its supply.
4. Manage the watch and semi-finished goods planning cycle, conducting internal and external load/capacity analysis.
5. Coordinate action plans with various departments such as Distribution, Production, and Procurement.
6. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibilities.
7. Manage information systems, including certification of new references and integrity control monitoring.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of confirmed experience, ideally in the watchmaking industry.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
4. Experience with ERP systems; SAP proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the watchmaking sector.
