Cartier Production Planner

- Plan internal production activities in collaboration with central planning and production teams.
- Communicate forecasted production plans to producers and balance workloads according to constraints.
- Follow up with producers to address delays and provide monthly performance reports.
- Analyze actual versus forecasted production and implement corrective actions.
- Lead optimization projects to enhance planning processes and develop digital tools.
- Draft and implement procedures related to process changes and train staff on new methods.
- Act as the key user for ERP and master data planning, ensuring coherence and updates.
- Conduct ERP training for planners and liaise between planning teams and support for ERP issues.
- Degree in engineering with a focus on production management, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong command of IT tools, including Power Query and Excel.
- Experience with SAP and PowerBI (Analysis is a plus).
- Project management skills.
- Data modeling and connectivity expertise.
2 to 3 years of significant experience in industrial planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Degree in engineering with a focus on production management, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
