Cartier Production Planner

- Evaluate the available capacity of micro-workshops and prepare the allocation of new pieces.
- Consolidate J1 commitments including quote validation, development scheduling, specifications, and costing.
- Participate in the certification of references and manage the creation and updating of production orders.
- Plan production schedules for micro-workshops and address any overload or underload issues.
- Ensure monthly delivery commitments and communicate needs for related trades, phase subcontracting, and stone services.
- Monitor orders, deadlines, and the completeness of supplies.
- Coordinate and oversee the flow of production orders between different workshops to minimize inter-operational times.
- Track the costing of pieces through regular assessments.
- Organize and lead technical meetings with experts and designers.
- Communicate scheduling and costing alerts with the collection pilot.
- Actively participate in biannual inventories and adhere to regulatory and traceability processes.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects within the scope of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5)
- Strong planning and scheduling expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI
- Autonomy and flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to complex and changing environments
- Ability to lead work sessions with diverse stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and constraints
Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5)
