1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Proven experience in production management, preferably in the watchmaking or jewelry sector.

1. Expertise in performance management, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence, negotiate, and make strategic decisions.
4. Result-oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, performance management tools).

Significant experience in production management, ideally within the horology or jewelry industry.

Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
