1. Ensure achievement of objectives in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
2. Oversee the scaling of production capabilities by managing activities and implementing necessary projects.
3. Actively participate in pre-series production and new product launches, ensuring resource availability.
4. Manage investments and the implementation of new equipment.
5. Drive continuous improvement and departmental projects in collaboration with various manufacturing interfaces.
6. Contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture and ensure effective vertical and horizontal communication.
7. Lead teams in alignment with the Manufacture's values, supporting their development.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Proven experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry sector.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and performance management tools.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Analytical and organizational skills with a client-oriented approach.

Several years of successful experience in team management within the watchmaking or jewelry industry.

Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
