Cartier Production Manager

- Ensure achievement of objectives in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
- Oversee the scaling of production capabilities by managing activities and implementing necessary projects.
- Actively participate in pre-series production and new product launches, ensuring resource availability.
- Manage investments and the implementation of new equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement and departmental projects in collaboration with various manufacturing interfaces.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture and ensure effective vertical and horizontal communication.
- Lead teams in alignment with the Manufacture's values, supporting their development.
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Proven experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and performance management tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a client-oriented approach.
Several years of successful experience in team management within the watchmaking or jewelry industry.
Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
