1. Oversee daily operations of a production sector, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety objectives are met.
2. Maintain existing processes and implement new manufacturing processes.
3. Participate in scheduling and planning of production activities.
4. Manage supply and inventory of consumables within the sector.
5. Facilitate communication and information sharing among team members and partners.
6. Monitor production using SAP and prepare sector reports.
7. Propose improvements in production ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality.
8. Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
9. Implement and manage self-inspection processes.
10. Analyze and address non-conformity issues in collaboration with Quality and Methods teams.
11. Organize and manage the team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and development.
12. Promote company values and maintain a healthy, stimulating work environment.
13. Enforce hygiene and safety regulations.
14. Lead continuous improvement projects within the sector.

1. Higher education degree with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
2. Strong understanding of industrial production processes or a keen interest in jewelry products.

2. Ability to lead production teams with rigor, empathy, and benevolence.
3. Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility in a demanding environment.
4. Proficient with numbers and common digital tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and proactive in reporting operational results.

Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.

Higher education degree required.
