Cartier Production Line Manager

- Oversee daily operations of a production sector, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety objectives are met.
- Maintain existing processes and implement new manufacturing processes.
- Participate in scheduling and planning of production activities.
- Manage supply and inventory of consumables within the sector.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing among team members and partners.
- Monitor production using SAP and prepare sector reports.
- Propose improvements in production ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Implement and manage self-inspection processes.
- Analyze and address non-conformity issues in collaboration with Quality and Methods teams.
- Organize and manage the team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and development.
- Promote company values and maintain a healthy, stimulating work environment.
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects within the sector.
- Higher education degree with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial production processes or a keen interest in jewelry products.
- Pragmatic and comprehensive understanding of technical and managerial challenges.
- Ability to lead production teams with rigor, empathy, and benevolence.
- Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility in a demanding environment.
- Proficient with numbers and common digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive in reporting operational results.
Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
Higher education degree required.
