Cartier Product Operations Apprentice

- Serve as the primary driver for order management across all sales networks.
- Review and manage customer inquiries and orders to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Collaborate with performance analysts to align financial, inventory, and ordering objectives.
- Oversee delivery processes from product request to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, including coordination with external vendors.
- Manage cross-border and cross-network transfers as necessary.
- Allocate daily stock between networks based on market recommendations.
- Support boutiques and points of sale operations through product reservations, claims consolidation, and stock returns.
- Participate in special projects aimed at optimizing supply chain flows.
- Regularly visit local boutiques and cultivate relationships with external partners.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain clean stock and order processes across the supply chain.
- Analyze complex situations to identify optimal solutions for troubleshooting.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
- Champion team initiatives and serve as an ambassador within the business.
- Provide cross-functional support to team members.
- GCSE in Math and English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in IT systems and proficiency in Excel.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Commitment, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but project management experience is a plus.
GCSE in Math and English.
