1. Maintain and update the press contacts database across various media channels.
2. Assist in the distribution of press information regarding new collections, product launches, and events.
3. Support the development of mini stories and online features.
4. Fulfill international and national press inquiries and image requests.
5. Provide additional support for specific press and celebrity events.
6. Compile digital press reviews for specific press events.
7. Assist journalists, celebrities, and stylists with requests and needs.
8. Draft letters, memos, reports, and press releases.
9. Assist with UK press photoshoot and celebrity dressing requests.
10. Coordinate with publications, boutiques, and security for photoshoots and celebrity dressings.
11. Organize meetings with stylists, journalists, and key friends of the house.
12. Record Cartier press and organic social coverage and produce weekly press reviews.
13. Maintain and organize the magazine collection.
14. Provide support with reporting and analysis including DMR, press recaps, and overviews.

1. Work experience in public relations and/or communications is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
2. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
5. Team player with enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism.

Previous experience in public relations or communications is beneficial but not mandatory.
