1. Manage the polishing area and collaborate with jewelry, setting, technical, and logistics teams.
2. Prioritize and allocate tasks within the team based on skills and development.
3. Ensure adherence to polishing guidelines and maintain quality standards.
4. Decide on outsourcing strategies for polishing based on workload and capacity.
5. Monitor quality of outsourced work and manage stock levels.
6. Propose process improvements and time adjustments.
7. Ensure compliance with workshop rules and safety standards.
8. Facilitate technical skill development and manage training plans.
9. Conduct regular individual performance and development reviews.
10. Participate in the development strategy for new products and prototypes.
11. Engage in polishing activities for various types of pieces.

1. Technical training from a jewelry school.
2. Significant experience in polishing, minimum OJ3 level 3 or OJ4.
