1. Oversee the polishing zone within the jewelry workshop, coordinating with other zones and teams.
2. Allocate tasks based on team members' skills and development needs.
3. Ensure adherence to polishing guidelines and maintain quality standards.
4. Collaborate with logistics to manage outsourcing strategies based on workload and capacity.
5. Monitor quality of outsourced work and address any issues with management.
6. Manage inventory and participate in stock audits.
7. Propose process improvements and time optimization strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with workshop rules and safety protocols.
9. Facilitate technical skill development for polishers and apprentices.
10. Develop and manage the training plan for the team.
11. Conduct regular individual performance and development reviews.
12. Contribute to the multi-disciplinary strategy for new product development.
13. Perform polishing tasks for various projects, including new launches and special orders.

1. Technical education in jewelry making.
2. Significant experience in polishing, minimum OJ3 level 3 or OJ4.

1. Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
2. Attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach.
3. Ability to mentor and develop team members.

A substantial background in polishing within the jewelry industry, with proven managerial capabilities.

Technical education in jewelry making.
