1. Define manufacturing processes for polishing-related development projects, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of standards.
2. Participate in the definition of production tooling.
3. Estimate operational times, ensuring process performance in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines.
4. Manage the functionality and robustness of defined processes during pre-series production.
5. Create and maintain process-related documentation, including work instructions and operating procedures.
6. Optimize products, processes, and equipment for continuous improvement.
7. Provide technical support to production teams.
8. Coordinate between various departments, including studies and methods, and production.
9. Monitor process evolution and contribute to product capitalization.
10. Lead continuous improvement projects.

1. Possession of a CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the polishing profession.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Windchill (PLM) and CreoView.
3. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. Excellent technical proficiency and autonomy.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in polishing within the watchmaking industry is required.

CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or an equivalent qualification.
