- Support project managers in the comprehensive redesign of medium to long-term planning tools.
- Develop reporting tools and performance indicators to measure production adherence and planning accuracy.
- Propose process improvements to reduce and understand variability.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to source appropriate data in Anaplan or PowerBI.
- Create performance tracking reports in PowerBI.
- Ensure accuracy of master data affecting various processes.
- Enhance daily tools to simplify planners' tasks.
- Assist during peak workload periods as necessary.
- Produce training documents on planning processes, methodologies, and organization.
- Conduct benchmarking of practices across different poles and document new processes.
- Update and enrich educational materials.
- Participate in disseminating new practices within the Supply Chain community.
- Enrollment in an engineering school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain management, focusing on flow and stock management issues.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent relational skills, autonomy, and rigor.
- Ability to mobilize and unify teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with information systems such as SAP and Anaplan is advantageous.
Previous internship experience in supply chain management is ideal.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program specializing in Supply Chain.
