Cartier People Data Analyst

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker to deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, performance, and recruiting, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to define reporting needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Enhance Workday reporting and analytics to provide insights that support HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and dashboards.
- Design and implement workforce metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for executive presentations and business reviews.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless integration with systems such as Visier and Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related scientific field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics and/or data warehousing, preferably in an international setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Looker with experience in building complex, visually engaging dashboards.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent data modeling capabilities and familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Workday, Visier, or other HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the luxury fashion industry and commitment to excellence.
A minimum of 2 years in analytics and/or data warehousing, ideally within an international context.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Expected salary range: $33–36/hour. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
