Cartier Partner Performance Manager

- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to support partners, consolidating roadmaps and prioritizing actions.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, acting as the primary client contact.
- Oversee partner development by co-constructing performance improvement roadmaps and ensuring their implementation.
- Act as Cartier's ambassador to partners, promoting societal and environmental themes such as sustainability.
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Lead cross-functional management rituals, including performance reviews and roadmap follow-ups.
- Consolidate and manage partner portfolio reporting.
- Ensure balance of cost, quality, and delivery in sourcing strategy for new and existing products.
- Contribute to new product development processes with partners, managing project timelines and successful launches.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles such as logistics, production, quality, or product development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Management, ideally Green Belt certified.
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
