1. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to support partners, consolidating roadmaps and prioritizing actions.
2. Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, acting as the primary client contact.
3. Oversee partner development by co-constructing performance improvement roadmaps and ensuring their implementation.
4. Act as Cartier's ambassador to partners, promoting societal and environmental themes such as sustainability.
5. Facilitate communication between partners and internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
6. Lead cross-functional management rituals, including performance reviews and roadmap follow-ups.
7. Consolidate and manage partner portfolio reporting.
8. Ensure balance of cost, quality, and delivery in sourcing strategy for new and existing products.
9. Contribute to new product development processes with partners, managing project timelines and successful launches.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles such as logistics, production, quality, or product development.

1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in Lean Management, ideally Green Belt certified.
3. Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
4. Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
