1. Analyze organizational data to identify challenges and opportunities.
2. Conduct organizational audits to improve structure, processes, and culture.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to the Executive Committee based on assessments.
4. Oversee development and implementation of reorganization and transformation programs.
5. Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with strategic objectives.
6. Facilitate leadership workshops to align on transformation roadmaps.
7. Design and implement restructuring initiatives to enhance performance and agility.
8. Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
9. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational development matters.
10. Develop tools and metrics to anticipate trends and enhance organizational understanding.
11. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
12. Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning with HR and business partners.

1. Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in luxury international operations or strategic functions.

2. Strong analytical and financial acumen.
3. Ability to lead, facilitate, and influence effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

5-10 years of experience in luxury international operations or strategic functions, with a proven track record in project management and strategic planning.

Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
