Cartier Operations Deputy Boutique Manager

- Assist the Boutique Manager in enhancing and optimizing boutique performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and manage the boutique team to deliver an impeccable client experience.
- Oversee team development, monitor individual objectives, and evaluate team performance.
- Manage daily operations, including training, coaching, and motivating the boutique team.
- Onboard and train new employees to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to procedures, compliance, and stock management.
- Oversee non-sellable stock management and boutique maintenance.
- Promote new services and tools, ensuring team knowledge and adoption.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to improve boutique flows and efficiency.
- Support Sales Associates in creating personalized client action plans.
- Ensure a first-class client experience and reliable client data collection.
- Assist in designing and implementing the yearly action plan in partnership with office departments.
- Monitor boutique and team KPIs to embed a culture of performance.
- Proven retail management experience in a client-facing environment.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Excellent analytical skills and client-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
