Cartier Operations & Performance Intern

- Support the Retail Excellence Manager in centralizing market feedback and requests.
- Serve as a key point of contact for headquarters and European markets.
- Create a reference guide for Cartier Europe Retail Operations essentials, including boutique supply orders and daily operations requirements.
- Assist in implementing new retail processes and best practices.
- Coordinate the Commercial Department by organizing meetings, writing minutes, and following up on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Support performance reporting and omnichannel topics, including wholesale and external networks.
- Conduct mystery shopping sessions to gather insights from the competitive luxury market.
- Produce the monthly Europe Commercial Newsletter covering network evolution, digital innovations, and special events.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Currently enrolled in or graduating from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Mandatory internship agreement from university.
- Experience in luxury retail is a strong asset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Strong digital skills and knowledge.
Experience in a luxury retail store is a strong asset.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent.
