1. Record all stock movements including entries, transfers, consignments, submissions, and shipments.
2. Ensure quantitative and qualitative compliance of each stock movement.
3. Maintain and update data in the App2US application.
4. Monitor spare parts orders and verify repair estimates from workshops.
5. Oversee repair follow-up sheets and manage repair cases with anomalies.
6. Participate actively in both general and partial inventories, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies proactively.
7. Ensure strict adherence to the Maison's and Group's compliance rules.
8. Control daily payment methods during the cash closing process.
9. Manage the collection of required documentation (AML, tax refunds, data protection, etc.).
10. Ensure adherence to commercial procedures (discounts, returns, exchanges, reservations, etc.).
11. Support sales advisors during transactions.
12. Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and work areas to ensure a professional environment.
13. Perform opening and closing duties of the boutique as per schedule.
14. Assist in the integration and training of new team members.
15. Propose improvements to enhance individual and collective performance.
