Cartier Operational Excellence Project Manager

- Lead and participate in Operational Excellence projects to enhance team competencies and foster synergies across departments within Cartier Industry and its ecosystem.
- Support and coach project leaders in implementing improvements.
- Connect Cartier Industry and Operational Excellence with internal and external ecosystems.
- Continue the development of Crescendo, Cartier Industry's Operational Excellence system.
- Develop and deliver customized Belt certification training (White, Green, and Black) for Cartier Industry teams.
- Manage or contribute to cross-functional projects beyond Operational Excellence, aligned with Cartier Industry's priorities.
- Engineering degree with proven experience in an industrial environment, implementing Operational Excellence and/or Lean Manufacturing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in managing high-stakes cross-functional projects.
- Team spirit, benevolence, humility, and comfort in both fieldwork and executive committee settings.
- Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and rigor, with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and multifunctional environment, managing multiple stakeholders, topics, and priorities with agility.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is an asset.

Proven experience in an industrial setting with a focus on Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing projects.
Engineering degree
