Cartier Operational Excellence Project Manager

1. Lead and manage Operational Excellence projects across Cartier's 10 manufacturing sites in Switzerland, France, and Italy.
2. Facilitate the development of team competencies in mastering tools and fostering inter-departmental synergies.
3. Animate and contribute to the transversal community of Operational Excellence.
4. Create and deliver E-Learning content and training sessions.
5. Develop Cartier Industry's Operational Excellence system by defining and co-creating standards and supporting their implementation.

1. Engineering degree with a focus on Operational Excellence or Lean Manufacturing preferred.
2. Proven initial experience in an industrial setting, implementing projects utilizing Operational Excellence and/or Lean Manufacturing tools.
3. Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing concepts, tools, and methodologies.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Proficiency in standard IT tools.
6. High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills.
7. Team spirit and a supportive attitude.
8. Valid driver's license for inter-site travel.

Initial experience in an industrial environment with a focus on Operational Excellence or Lean Manufacturing projects.
