1. Assist the Operational Excellence Project Manager in deploying the Operational Management System, including conducting field diagnostics and proposing deployment plans.
2. Participate in coaching teams on best practices and implementing operational performance levers such as standards, field tours, and problem-solving.
3. Support strategic project management by preparing framing elements, facilitating workshops, disseminating summaries, and tracking project progress.
4. Lead independent continuous improvement projects in workshops.
5. Assist the Transformation Manager in creating and managing the Progress Plan, including preparing and participating in project follow-up rituals, quarterly reviews, and disseminating monthly performance indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, seeking a final-year internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Autonomy and attention to detail.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with project management and operational excellence is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
