1. Optimize execution processes using artificial intelligence, focusing on data collection for Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of existing processes.
2. Collaborate with teams to co-construct target processes and quantify potential gains.
3. Define and implement action plans to achieve optimization targets.
4. Lead transformation projects to reach defined targets.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Operational Excellence department's processes.

1. Enrollment in an engineering program with a focus on industrial engineering, supply chain, or logistics.
2. Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
3. Passion for the watchmaking industry.

2. Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools.
3. Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
4. Proactive and innovative mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in industrial engineering or supply chain are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on industrial engineering or supply chain management.
