- Develop operational excellence systems by creating frameworks, tools, and training modules.
- Implement operational management systems and problem-solving methodologies.
- Organize, lead, and participate in Lean Management projects such as 5S, SMED, and VSM.
- Manage flow optimization activities and waste reduction initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
- Autonomous and organized with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or Italian is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is essential.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
