1. Develop operational excellence systems by creating frameworks, tools, and training modules.
2. Implement operational management systems and problem-solving methodologies.
3. Organize, lead, and participate in Lean Management projects such as 5S, SMED, and VSM.
4. Manage flow optimization activities and waste reduction initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in engineering with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
2. Strong interest in continuous improvement and the luxury watch and jewelry industry.

1. Autonomous and organized with a proactive approach.
2. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in English and/or Italian is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is essential.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
