Cartier Omnichannel Operations Senior Project Manager

- Lead large-scale boutique projects within the Swiss network, acting as the project manager of the operational taskforce.
- Coordinate transversal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic boutique extensions, openings, and restructurings.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and project deliverables.
- Monitor and follow up on the roadmap, ensuring milestones are met, risks are anticipated, and progress is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Lead transversal initiatives to improve commercial operations efficiency.
- Manage and follow up on operational projects with boutiques on stock and commercial initiatives, ensuring clear alignment and impact measurement.
- Monitor OPS budget, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Drive the adoption and strategic deployment of Cartier Digital tools to enhance boutique performance and client experience.
- Act as the main interface between boutiques, central teams, and IT for digital initiatives, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
- Lead tool roll-outs, including change management, user guides, and training programs to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption.
- Animate and develop the Key Users community, fostering knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Proficiency with digital tools and applications.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with various departments and boutique teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
