- Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-channel strategy aligned with SEAO business objectives.
- Integrate online and offline channels to enhance the client journey and personalize experiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail or omni-channel environments.
- Minimum of 3 years in direct people management or team leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading omni-channel strategies that drive sales and enhance client experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail or omni-channel environments, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
