1. Lead the planning of a portfolio of new product projects in collaboration with workshop planners and product development teams.
2. Monitor the development of new products from prototype to the delivery of expected quantities for launch, working closely with project teams.
3. Co-develop milestone transitions including workload vision for poles/workshops, delivery plans, and component supply forecasts.
4. Participate in sourcing decisions in alignment with methods and purchasing services, ensuring coherence with the sourcing committee's strategy and workshops.
5. Construct and adapt new product delivery plans in alignment with project progress and supply chain constraints.
6. Communicate project progress to supply chain stakeholders including workshop planners, procurement planners, and logistics teams.
7. Manage procurement anticipations to adhere to finished product delivery schedules.
8. Monitor and report delivery performance, alerting in case of deviations.
9. Optimize and standardize planning tools to enhance efficiency.
10. Propose improvements to the new product process, including new tools, best practice sharing, and new flow suggestions.

1. Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain or production management.
2. Experience in Supply Chain management is preferred.

Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in the Supply Chain domain.
