Cartier New Product Planner

- Lead the planning of a portfolio of new product projects in collaboration with workshop planners and product development teams.
- Monitor the development of new products from prototype to the delivery of expected quantities for launch, working closely with project teams.
- Co-develop milestone transitions including workload vision for poles/workshops, delivery plans, and component supply forecasts.
- Participate in sourcing decisions in alignment with methods and purchasing services, ensuring coherence with the sourcing committee's strategy and workshops.
- Construct and adapt new product delivery plans in alignment with project progress and supply chain constraints.
- Communicate project progress to supply chain stakeholders including workshop planners, procurement planners, and logistics teams.
- Manage procurement anticipations to adhere to finished product delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report delivery performance, alerting in case of deviations.
- Optimize and standardize planning tools to enhance efficiency.
- Propose improvements to the new product process, including new tools, best practice sharing, and new flow suggestions.
- Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain or production management.
- Experience in Supply Chain management is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- Strong team spirit and rigor.
- Understanding of product development processes and scheduling challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel and information systems.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in the Supply Chain domain.
Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain or production management.
