1. Support Merchandisers in daily tasks related to Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories.
2. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands and maintain stock objectives.
3. Manage purchase orders and stock returns with suppliers.
4. Coordinate stock planning with Press, PR, and Events teams.
5. Oversee stock management for events and photoshoots, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with relevant departments.
6. Handle the arrival, distribution, and return of prototypes, collaborating with logistics and product teams.
7. Liaise with PR/Events teams for gratuities and process FOC Sales Orders.
8. Manage watch strap stock orders and follow up on shipments.
9. Assist in organizing staff sales and purchases, ensuring product delivery.

1. Organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Strong computer skills, preferably with SAP experience.
3. Basic understanding of import/export processes.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and numerical ability.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
