1. Support merchandisers in daily tasks related to jewellery, watches, and accessories.
2. Manage purchase orders and stock returns with Cartier Operations.
3. Coordinate stock planning with Press, PR, and Events teams, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
4. Oversee watch straps stock management, including ordering and shipment follow-up.
5. Assist in organizing staff sales and purchases, ensuring product delivery.

1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Understanding of import/export processes.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Proficiency in SAP or similar business software.
3. Advanced Excel skills and numerical ability.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and quick learning ability.

Experience with SAP or similar business software is preferred. Familiarity with import/export processes is beneficial.
