1. Support the media team in archiving media assets and coordinating with agencies for media management.
2. Monitor and consolidate media clippings and industry trend reports.
3. Prepare monthly media schedules for internal communications.
4. Assist in planning and executing media and PR activations in Singapore and ASEAN.
5. Track daily editorial coverage and dispatch reports to headquarters.
6. Coordinate logistics and security for photoshoots, including loan facilitation and product management.
7. Update and manage the master database and press files.
8. Maintain and organize press room inventory.
