Cartier Media & CRM Coordinator

- Support the planning and execution of offline and digital media campaigns for the MEIAT region.
- Assist in CRM activations, including email and clienteling journeys, in collaboration with MEIAT markets and CRM agencies.
- Consolidate and communicate campaign activations, reports, and competitive analyses to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with media agencies on digital campaign implementation.
- Manage and process invoices for regional media activities and CRM activations.
- Maintain internal tracking platforms and budget tracking sheets for external agencies.
- Manage asset adaptations in alignment with HQ requirements and oversee daily operations with creative agencies.
- Assist in creating presentation materials to communicate campaign recaps, media and CRM plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in media, advertising, or CRM, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Experience in cross-functional team environments.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Competence in using project management tools.
- Knowledge of the current media advertising landscape.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in relevant positions such as media, advertising, or CRM, with exposure to the luxury industry and cross-functional team collaboration.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, monthly housing allowance, travel costs linked to relocation, and health insurance.
The position offers a 12-month contract, potentially renewable, with professional and personal growth opportunities in a supportive international environment.
