Cartier Media and Content Intern

- Support the senior media manager in developing, implementing, and analyzing media activations and campaigns for Cartier UK.
- Assist in the creative development, orchestration, and distribution of local content.
- Provide departmental support for strategic projects across all product categories.
- Aid in the development of media briefings, planning, and execution across various media touchpoints including print, OOH, display, paid social, and custom brand activations.
- Allocate and traffic creative assets for confirmed activities, ensuring alignment with local business trends.
- Support the planning and implementation of co-op advertising plans with Watch Specialists.
- Enhance Cartier’s e-visibility on department store websites and Watch Specialist platforms.
- Facilitate photoshoot requests for commercial partners and native advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to plan and create localized content for key initiatives.
- Work closely with Commercial, eCommerce, Client, Marketing, PR & Events teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking, including monthly accruals and spend-to-date analysis.
- Process department invoices, reconcile billing issues, and update global media planning tools.
- Review PCA reports and track actionable recommendations.
- Monitor digital KPIs and ensure media plans adhere to guidelines.
- Maintain the global media planning tool to reflect current media plans, visuals, and budgets.
- Produce monthly competitor and digital trend analysis for the Marketing Department.
- Analyze Cartier’s e-visibility on Watch Specialist websites and social media using analytics tools.
- Assist in building presentation materials to communicate campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Organize and maintain internal documents, media authorizations, contracts, media plans, and invoices.
- Manage media library, publisher contracts, and seasonal mailings.
- Previous marketing experience in the luxury industry with knowledge of the UK market.
- Strong passion for media and digital communications with a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.
- Expertise in digital media, including SEM, display, social media, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to craft well-designed, concise, and articulated presentations.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and visualization skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats.
Previous experience in marketing within the luxury industry, particularly with a focus on the UK market, is required.
