- Provide daily support to Product Managers during new product placements, including managing and dispatching pre-collections and marketing kits.
- Assist in the execution of trade animations by overseeing the production and distribution of promotional materials and sales tools.
- Conduct post-animation analyses to evaluate results and return on investment, and assist in closing challenges.
- Support Product Managers in the Ambassador Program by tracking perfume animators' schedules and assisting in goal tracking in collaboration with sector managers and key account managers.
- Coordinate bookings and maintain relationships with agencies.
- Manage animator needs, including badges, product sheets, and samples.
- Organize seminars for France and headquarters teams, including sourcing and booking hotels.
- Coordinate Cartier Academy training sessions.
- Create supplier accounts and conduct competitive intelligence.
