Cartier Marketing and Merchandising Assistant

- Assist in the analysis of market activity and performance, including weekly and monthly updates and optimizations of tracking tools by collection and boutique.
- Draft concise weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct ad hoc sales and stock analyses to inform recommendations for stock harmonization and assortment adjustments.
- Develop and adapt sales support tools for the French market, including product news and morning briefs.
- Maintain and update sales, stock, and assortment tracking tables for boutiques.
- Update the bi-monthly newsletter with results and upcoming launches.
- Collect qualitative feedback from boutique ambassadors.
- Serve as a daily product reference for boutiques and the office, managing product inquiries and supporting sales staff.
- Support Product Managers with the development of sales tools and meeting materials.
- Synthesize activation results into summary slides.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the jewelry market.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (to be tested during the interview).
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Adaptability and creativity.
Prior experience in luxury marketing or merchandising is advantageous but not required.
Final year student at a Business School or equivalent.
The internship offers comprehensive training on the Maison and the specific role, with daily mentorship to enhance skills and competencies.
