- Analyze market activity and performance, updating and optimizing tracking tools weekly and monthly by collection and boutique.
- Draft concise weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Conduct diverse ad hoc sales and stock analyses to inform subsequent recommendations.
- Coordinate weekly stock harmonizations and bi-monthly targeted assortment harmonizations.
- Develop, adapt, and provide sales support tools for the French market, including product news and morning briefs.
- Construct and update sales, stock, and assortment tracking tables by boutique.
- Gather qualitative feedback via boutique ambassadors.
- Serve as a daily product reference for boutiques and the office, managing product inquiries and assisting sales staff.
- Support Product Managers with the development of sales support tools and meeting presentations.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent commercial and relational abilities.
- Project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the watchmaking market.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with skills tested during the interview.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Analytical and synthesis mindset.
- Product sensitivity and creativity.
No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of the luxury market is advantageous.
Business School or equivalent, in the final year of studies.
Comprehensive training on the Maison and the specific role, with daily guidance from a dedicated mentor to enhance skill development.
