Cartier Manufacture Watch Restoration Specialist

- Maintain, prepare, and restore pieces from the Cartier Collection in collaboration with the Collection teams based in Geneva.
- Conduct diagnostics on pieces and communicate findings to the Collection team for validation.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of each diagnosed piece, systematically enriching product records with photographs.
- Establish repair estimates and timelines.
- Exchange or refabricate defective components using conventional machinery.
- Perform final quality control of pieces in collaboration with the Geneva team.
- Manage supply procurement.
- Design and fabricate necessary tools for restoration.
- Diploma as a Technical Specialist in Watch Restoration and Complications or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a watch restoration workshop.
- Expertise in fabricating components such as winding stems, balance staffs, levers, etc.
- Proficiency with conventional machinery such as lathe 70, milling machines, and jig borers.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, organized, and autonomous with an artistic sensibility.
- Flexibility and availability for business travel.
A minimum of 5 years in a watch restoration workshop is required.
Diploma as a Technical Specialist in Watch Restoration and Complications or equivalent.
