- Map activities necessitating the creation of industrial experience plans for each technical team specialty.
- Identify inter-disciplinary interactions during experience planning.
- Develop and implement a model to consolidate experience plans.
- Create tools to streamline the creation of experience plans.
- Integrate processes for capitalizing on the model.
- Understand the functional system applied to a product within the division.
- Identify and analyze deviations from standards.
- Conduct and monitor tests to define target solutions.
- Propose improvements to existing standards.
- Review current models and identify user needs.
- Develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools.
- Enrollment in an engineering school with a focus on mechanics.
- Interest in continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel to the Reims site.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in mechanical engineering are advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
