- Assist the Quality Manager in enhancing quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of multi-site quality standards to ensure uniformity and alignment.
- Drive the deployment of digital tools to improve industrial performance and communication.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the quality domain.
- Oversee the evolution of control methods, monitoring tools, and quality interfaces.
- Optimize the performance of quality sectors on-site.
- Promote multi-site and multi-component sharing dynamics across watchmaking, jewelry, and other sectors.
- Ensure the standardization of quality and compatibility of control methods.
- Support industrial transformation processes and continuous improvements.
- Validate new products, series production, and market feedback.
- Advance digitalization efforts, including communication tools and technological monitoring.
- Establish beneficial preconditions for partnerships with production and manage change implementation.
- Monitor and follow up on preventive and corrective actions in collaboration with Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Validate corrective action plans and ensure their implementation and results tracking.
- Communicate quality criteria and promote manufacturing tools and methods.
- Calibrate quality levels in workshops with regular on-site presence.
- Maintain connections with other production sites to share best practices and address defects.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and provide analytical support to production managers.
- Track and update the quality roadmap to meet site and manufacturing challenges.
- Evaluate improvement proposals and monitor identified quality projects.
- Report site results and lead quality performance sessions.
- Participate in audits to ensure adherence to established practices and rules.
- Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
- Several years of experience in quality project management or operational quality within the industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical plans; 3D design skills are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, watchmaking, and manufacturing processes.
- Sensitivity to the aesthetic requirements and criteria of watchmaking products.
- Proficiency in quality management and IT tools, with knowledge of SAP and Winchill as a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills.
- Rigorous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent adaptability and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Several years of experience in quality project management or operational quality within the industry.
Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
