Cartier Manufacture Machining Specialist

- Serve as the technical machining expert within the Gold Case workshop, providing support and training to mechanics and operators.
- Actively participate in workshop production, organizing work and contributing to performance through planning, daily workload distribution, and efficiency monitoring.
- Oversee microblasting, tribofinishing, and pearl finishing processes, as well as manage gold recovery through chip wringing.
- Ensure quality assurance, resolve technical issues on-site, and participate in continuous improvement by ensuring proper process application.
- Participate in and validate the production launch of new products by optimizing programs, cycle times, and quality.
- Support the Sector Manager by relaying technical information, guiding the team towards achieving results with a positive and motivating attitude, and being a proactive contributor.
- Proven experience in mechanics with the ability to define manufacturing methods.
- Extensive knowledge in machining, including machine setup, necessary tools, and handling pre-series.
- Familiarity with programming languages, primarily FANUC.
- Desire to support surface treatment professions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Leadership skills to guide a team of approximately 15 people in support of the manager.
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong result orientation.
- Excellent priority management skills to handle stress effectively.
- Open-minded, autonomous, flexible, and versatile with the ability to self-reflect.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, SAP, Teams, and Shizen.
Significant experience in mechanical engineering and machining, with a focus on technical problem-solving and team leadership.
