- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Special Orders activity tracking.
- Evaluate existing tracking tools within the department and integrate into the overall Special Orders process.
- Propose and implement an action plan for updating tracking tools.
- Develop necessary tracking tools for Special Orders activity, including revenue data, production status, and performance metrics.
- Enhance reporting tools and data visualization in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely dissemination of results.
- Support the Haute Joaillerie community and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Prepare structured and visually appealing analyses for business reviews and post-event evaluations.
- Create summaries for result communication tailored to different audiences.
- Translate business analysis needs into relevant graphs or dashboards.
- Assist other Haute Joaillerie departments by improving data access tools.
- Final-year student in engineering or business school seeking an end-of-study internship in a commercial environment.
- Strong interest in dashboard creation and data analysis with a commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
