1. Enhance industrialization files for horological products by redefining manufacturing processes in collaboration with industry specialists and calculating production costs.
2. Design and develop phase plans in conjunction with production methods and quality teams.
3. Define necessary tooling for manufacturing, finishing, and assembly processes.
4. Oversee the industrial transfer to production, ensuring coherence in industrialization documentation.
5. Support the transfer of industrialization files to production by validating product and process updates.
6. Ensure all technical deliverables are documented and available for production.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and the design office throughout the product lifecycle.
8. Participate in product, process, and equipment improvement initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and value analysis projects.
9. Actively contribute to project teams to achieve cost, quality, and deadline objectives.

1. Engineering or technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in horological industrialization.

1. Proficiency in CREO software.
2. Curiosity and passion for the field.
3. Autonomous, pragmatic, and methodical approach.
4. Strong team collaboration skills and excellent listening abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in the field of horological industrialization is required.

Engineering or technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
