Cartier Manufacture Industrialization Specialist

- Lead the industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Define and maintain manufacturing processes for development projects, including tooling specifications.
- Estimate operation times and ensure process performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure the robustness and functionality of processes during pre-series production.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and operational modes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for series production, optimizing products, processes, and equipment.
- Provide technical support to production and act as a liaison between the Studies/Methods and Production departments.
- Oversee machine investment projects, including drafting specifications, conducting benchmarks, and managing trials.
- Validate machinery and oversee its integration into production.
- Advanced technical education (e.g., ES Technician, HES Engineer) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a methods office or project management within manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windchill (PLM), CreoView, and SAP.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent technical acumen and autonomy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to production demands.
Proven experience in a methods office or project management within manufacturing processes, particularly in conducting experimental plans.
Advanced technical education (e.g., ES Technician, HES Engineer) or equivalent experience.
