1. Rationalize procedures and identify potential automation opportunities.
2. Audit existing tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Establish a document management handling framework.
4. Identify system controls and develop best practices for issue resolution.
5. Innovate in activity monitoring and tracking.
6. Identify automation opportunities within processes.
7. Revise and update existing procedures to enhance formats.
8. Work on mass processing support tools.
9. Evaluate current solutions and explore new possibilities.
10. Contribute to certification activities and participate in various projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a generalist engineering school.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
4. Ability to listen, reflect, and propose solutions.
5. Knowledge of SQL, Macro, and VBA is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in data management or process improvement are beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a generalist engineering discipline.
