- Rationalize procedures and identify potential automation opportunities.
- Audit existing tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish a document management handling framework.
- Identify system controls and develop best practices for issue resolution.
- Innovate in activity monitoring and tracking.
- Identify automation opportunities within processes.
- Revise and update existing procedures to enhance formats.
- Work on mass processing support tools.
- Evaluate current solutions and explore new possibilities.
- Contribute to certification activities and participate in various projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a generalist engineering school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Ability to listen, reflect, and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, Macro, and VBA is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in data management or process improvement are beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a generalist engineering discipline.
