1. Analyze technical plans and assess feasibility from the design office.
2. Define and create necessary tooling for production and prepare machining stations.
3. Oversee the manufacturing of watch components using CNC and conventional machines.
4. Expertly fabricate small watch components such as screws, axles, and tubes using conventional machines.
5. Conduct dimensional inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Possession of a CFC in micromechanics or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in machining watch components using 5-axis CNC and conventional machines.

1. Proficiency in FAO programming with CREO software.
2. Strong computer literacy with standard software tools.
3. Expertise in reading technical plans and performing control measurements.
4. Knowledge in bar turning is advantageous.
5. Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in machining watch components using 5-axis CNC and conventional machines is required.

CFC in micromechanics or equivalent.
