- Analyze and optimize service intervention performance on products, including repair and customization across regions and product lines.
- Develop and implement new practices in collaboration with industry experts and project managers.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of training and communication materials for global deployment.
- Optimize the digital tool for product diagnostics by centralizing all necessary product information.
- Collaborate with digital teams to develop a comprehensive information tool.
- Design visual aids and communication bridges with repair platforms and retail teams.
- Assist in the framing and management of continuous improvement projects.
- Support the testing and deployment of service plans in various regions.
- Final year student in an engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, and meticulous.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and potentially Power BI.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
