- Analyze and challenge existing logistical processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement concrete actions on the ground.
- Standardize established processes and automate low-value or non-value-added actions.
- Monitor and communicate realized gains to management.
- Contribute to the digitalization of logistical processes by representing logistical team needs to digital tool development teams and testing new or evolved tools on the ground.
- Facilitate change management and the implementation of standardized processes and new tools within teams.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent, seeking a final-year internship in logistics, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or continuous improvement is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with VBA, Power BI, and SAP is a plus.
- Recognized for dynamism, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and autonomy, with effective priority management skills.
- Natural ability to persuade and advance projects.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or continuous improvement is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent.
