1. Develop CNC programs from phase plans and 3D models, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
2. Support the study of plans and feasibility of components for new and series production.
3. Define machining strategies in alignment with industry standards and validate key milestones.
4. Plan programming for new products based on industry benchmarks.
5. Optimize the lifespan of cutting tools.
6. Create and document CNC machining and grinding programs using PLM systems such as Vericut and Creo.
7. Manage the production of pre-series, including setting up and manufacturing.
8. Validate machining processes with interfaces such as Quality Control, Production, and Technical Support.
9. Provide technical assistance and training to production teams.
10. Participate in product and process improvement initiatives.
11. Contribute to achieving cost, quality, and deadline objectives.

1. Possession of a CFC in polymecanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in CAM programming.

1. Proficiency in CREO software.
2. Knowledge of High-Speed Machining (HSM) and Windchill (PLM) is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
4. Excellent team collaboration and cross-functional working capabilities.
