Cartier Manufacture CNC Programmer

- Develop CNC programs from phase plans and 3D models, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
- Support the study of plans and feasibility of components for new and series production.
- Define machining strategies in alignment with industry standards and validate key milestones.
- Plan programming for new products based on industry benchmarks.
- Optimize the lifespan of cutting tools.
- Create and document CNC machining and grinding programs using PLM systems such as Vericut and Creo.
- Manage the production of pre-series, including setting up and manufacturing.
- Validate machining processes with interfaces such as Quality Control, Production, and Technical Support.
- Provide technical assistance and training to production teams.
- Participate in product and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
- Possession of a CFC in polymecanics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in CAM programming.
- Proficiency in CREO software.
- Knowledge of High-Speed Machining (HSM) and Windchill (PLM) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent team collaboration and cross-functional working capabilities.
