1. Serve as the technical reference within the steel workshop, ensuring the optimal functioning of CNC machinery.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop by proposing technical and organizational enhancements.
3. Support the Sector Manager by guiding the team towards achieving results, fostering a positive work environment.
4. Collaborate with the Industrial Methods team to define manufacturing methods and necessary tools for pre-series and production targets.
5. Train colleagues in machining and assembly disciplines.

1. Possession of a CFC Polymécanicien or CFC Mécanicien for at least 5 years.
2. Proven experience with strong proficiency in mechanics and programming.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening and communication abilities.
2. Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 15 individuals.
3. Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented with effective priority management under stress.
4. Open-minded, autonomous, versatile, and capable of self-reflection.
5. Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Shizen.

A minimum of 5 years in a relevant mechanical and programming role, demonstrating expertise in CNC machinery.

CFC Polymécanicien or CFC Mécanicien certification.
