- Enhance understanding of high-end clients by monitoring performance and client indicators using dashboards (Looker).
- Improve existing dashboards and conduct ad-hoc client analyses.
- Draft a user guide to facilitate onboarding of new tool users.
- Support the drafting of the annual strategic plan through in-depth analyses focusing on product angles and client segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in the annual high-end client profiling exercise by preparing and following briefs for the Client Marketing team.
- Identify relevant indicators for presentation to the High-End management and prepare reports for regions and markets.
- Implement a high-end client newsletter by identifying client indicators to communicate to the high-end community.
- Conduct market studies and share best practices in high-end client development.
- Monitor the performance of an identified community of sellers, conducting annual reviews and identifying client development opportunities.
- Support the client team in organizing high jewelry events by coordinating with markets, assisting in client validation, managing additional slot requests, and validating gala dinner lists.
- Currently enrolled in a business school.
- Interest in data analysis, luxury industry, and client management and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Sensitivity to the jewelry domain is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Chinese is desirable.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and luxury client management is essential.
Currently enrolled in a business school.
