1. Serve as the technical reference within the watch assembly workshop, providing training to colleagues and managing quality issues.
2. Support the Sector Manager by guiding the team towards achieving results with a positive attitude that promotes a healthy work environment.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop from both a technical and organizational perspective.
4. Provide technical support to subcontractors to help them meet their objectives.

1. Proven experience in assembly processes with strong technical expertise.
2. Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
3. Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 25 people.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong priority management skills.
