- Manage and monitor the daily flow of high jewelry pieces in collaboration with the High Jewelry team, Operations team, and regional markets.
- Assist project managers with daily tasks, including analyzing commercial flow processing times and implementing new KPIs.
- Prepare and participate in monthly calls with High Jewelry regions to share commercial information and optimize processes.
- Ensure the availability of pieces for Maison Image needs (red carpet, press, shootings) and coordinate necessary flows.
- Contribute to project reviews such as stock rebalancing and regionalization.
- Lead the asset recovery project for High Jewelry pieces in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Manage tools and information for markets, including product news and commercial rules.
- Regularly track and optimize stock files.
- Participate in the organization and execution of High Jewelry seminars, both digital and in-person.
- Engage in cross-functional projects and analyses.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in business studies is preferred.
Enrolled in a business school or university program.
